Ingredients:
- 400 gr. low fat coconut milk
- 78 gr. Protein Drink Formula 1 Smooth Chocolate
- 85 gr. dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. grated coconut
- 1 tbsp. raspberry powder
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
Method:
Place the canned coconut milk in the refrigerator and leave it for four hours or overnight.
Once cool, open and pour into a bowl. Add the Formula 1 Smooth Chocolate Protein Drink and mix well.
Melt the dark chocolate and mix it with the mixture.
Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place the shredded coconut, raspberry powder and cocoa powder in three separate bowls.
Add about 25 g. of the coconut cream mixture in your hands and roll it to form a mini egg.
Roll the egg on one of the three plates and create the Easter Chocolate Truffle.
