Method:

Line the base and sides of a baking tin (900g), OR an 18cm cake tin with non-stick paper/film, or use small jelly cups.

Place 50ml of cold water in a heated jug or small bowl, then sprinkle the gelatine over the top and stir. Set it aside for a few minutes.

Place the boiled water in a separate jug or bowl and add the Instant Herbal Drink, lemon flavored and lime juice. Mix until combined.

Now place the jug with the gelatin and water in a saucepan with a few inches of hot water, over medium heat. As the water in the pot heats and simmers for a few minutes, the gelatin mixture in the jug will dissolve and turn into a thick syrup. Now remove the jug from the pot.

Pour a quarter of the lemon-flavored Instant Herbal Drink water mixture into the gelatin mixture, mix well, then pour the rest of the water mixture over, and continue to mix to combine. Once the mixture has cooled slightly add the Immune Booster and Aloe and mix until well dissolved.

Now pour the mixture into the pan or the cases and place them in the fridge or freezer to stabilize the mixture. They only take 15 minutes in the freezer (don't let them literally freeze!) or about 1 hour in the fridge.

Take them out of the fridge and place the mixture on a clean piece of paper, then cut into star and heart shapes!
